
At Safe and Secure 24, we are very proud to be accredited with the industry-leading independent assessment body - SSAIB (Security Systems and Alarms Inspection Board). This is a testimony to the rigorous and professional approach we have to the way we do business.
SSAIB is a specialist Certification Body for providers of electronic security systems, fire detection and alarm systems and guarding security services. Their remit is to ensure high standards of service and business ethics within the community of security, guarding and fire services providers in the interest of end users.
SSAIB certification means that our customers and potential customers can be confident in the quality of service provided to protect their home. Also increasingly, insurers require evidence that all reasonable steps have been taken to mitigate risk. As an SSAIB-certificated provider we will meet or exceed our customer’s insurer's requirements.
SSAIB check the following so that our customers don't have to:
- That our personnel have been screened to the relevant British Standard
- The competence and experience of our management and staff
- That insurance cover is relevant to the level and nature of work undertaken
- That premises are adequate for their activity and that the security of documentation and records is ensured
- That best-practice standards are maintained
- That sufficient staff and resources are employed to provide the services offered
- Compliance with all relevant standards and codes of practice, British or European
- That Identity cards are carried
SSAIB’s skilled assessors regularly check all of the above and the quality of workmanship undertaken to ensure that standards are maintained.
