Our service
Based in the heart of the North and with over 20 years experience in electronic security systems, our national alarm receiving centre operates 24 hours a day handling emergencies and calls from thousands of our customers using the Safe and Secure 24 alarm systems.
If your alarm is activated, the siren will sound and the system will automatically make contact with the alarm receiving centre. At this point, our computer systems establish your name and address and importantly, the nature of the particular alarm. This shows on our computer screens as the call is received by the centre. Therefore, we know what the alarm is for and where it is and can then make an assessment as to the best way to help you.
The alarm system then sets up a two-way communication with the team at the alarm receiving centre. Not only can we hear what is happening in your home and make a provisional assessment of the situation, but as soon as we have assessed the situation, we can speak to you directly through the main console.
We can then either contact the emergency services or if there is a smaller issue, contact one of your nominated key-holders.
We also provide around-the-clock technical support to our own registered installation engineers.
