The alarm receiving centre turns off the siren and makes an informed decision on whom to contact - this might be one of your nominated keyholders if it’s a small issue or the appropriate emergency service if immediate attention is required. Full details of any problem will be provided to the emergency services, before they arrive at your home, to enable them to resolve the problem as quickly as possible and truly protect your home, its contents and your loved ones.
